Okay, this is going to be quick...does anyone know how to make nausea go away?
Congrats...pregnant....woo-hoo...but this nausea is killing me. I definitely didn't have it this bad the first go around. I have tried eating crackers, but the problem is I have to stop eventually because my stomach starts to hurt from being so full. And as soon as I stop eating, my nausea comes back.
I tried the Prego Pops that you can buy for five bucks at maternity stores...the only thing those helped to do is make the roof of my mouth sore from all the acid. (Total rip-off!)
So, the only other item that helps is sucking on Jolly Rancher candies, and after going through 5 of them in 35 minutes, I feel like I need a new plan.
Some people have suggested ginger granules in herbal tea, but the thought of that makes me sick. And oh yeah, did I mention that laying down makes me feel worse...
...suggestions, please! Oh, and thanks for let me vent!

You might try Peppermint Tea. That helped me. Along with adding peppermints in my mouth all day. For the most part I didn't feel totally nausea free until my Dr. gave me some medicine.
I was prescribed the anti-nausea medicine too. But you know what worked for me? Sour Patch Kids! The sweet/sour taste took the queasiness away. And sometimes pretzels worked too.
Good luck! The first trimester is always rough.
Unfortunatley, I was sick everyday of my first pregancy! My next two were not so bad.I just dealt with it. I also was prescribed anti-nausea medicine. They say that is a sign of a healthy pregnancy!
Thanks for the helpful hints. My wonderful husband went to Henry's market and looked up on a computer they have there about morning sickness and picked up some ginger capsules, and so far, they are working pretty well. Or it could be that large fro-yo I also had him pick me up.
