This morning we woke up at 5:30 to drive to Legoland for our 6-year old to run the final mile of his marathon club at Legoland. (He had practices over the past few months in which he completed the first 25+ miles of the marathon.) I had the great pleasure of running with him for that mile - rain, puddles and all.
I am so proud of him! He ran the entire mile without stopping! And he was so excited to receive his medal after crossing the finish line.
I just wish the rain would have let up!
