This afternoon we were lucky enough to bring cupcakes in to our son's preschool class. It was the first of three birthday celebrations for my lucky little almost 5-year old.
I will admit it was so exciting for me to see how excited he got when he saw us arrive. The hubby, little sister and I were all able to help his class wish him a happy birthday.
Oh, and how our daughter loved being a part of his class. She got to sit on the special carpet and listen to a story, enjoy the cupcakes, and watch The Hungry Little Caterpillar movie with all the other kids. She is so ready for preschool...too bad her birthday is in November (no one in our area will allow her to start preschool in the fall because she is not 3 by the first day of school...lame!). 
We had a great day at his school...now on to the party at our house tomorrow...must get back to preparations!

The party was great! As usual, it was a total whirlwind! But all in all, he had a great birthday!
