Let Their Be Lights!

I must commend my husband. This year he really got on the ball when it came to putting up the Christmas lights. He had them up the Saturday before Thanksgiving.

It's too bad I lag and am telling you about it a week and a half later. Oh well, better late than never!

And here is a trick of the trade my husband figured out this year: if you have a two-story home, put the lights on the second story first, then hang the lights on the first story. He found that it was faster to hang the lights this way because he had more energy to put up the lights on the more difficult second story, and then it was a breeze to finish by putting the lights on the first story.
