Giant Wheel of Irvine

After having a fun-filled slumber party with their aunt and uncle yesterday, the kids finally got to go on the Ferris wheel at the Irvine Spectrum today. They have asked many times to go on the "Giant Wheel," and they were lucky enough to catch mommy at a weak moment. And so I gave in!

I appreciated that the ride had individual seat belts so that I didn't have to worry about anyone wanting to switch seats during the ride. And the breeze from high above was a nice surprise on a warm afternoon. The ride seemed to last 5 or 10 minutes, so I'd say it was worth the $12.
