Many plans cover massage therapy, but of course, they aren't going to advertise it to you. With a prescription from your doctor (or chiropractor), your insurer will pay for injury-related massages. Review your insurance plan to find out more. If you are unable to find out whether or not injury-related massages are covered, you can just call your insurance company and ask.You can also call around your area to chiropractic offices to find out if they offer massage therapy and whether or not they will bill your insurance. Many chiropractic offices will work with you on this one.
