The best way to make sure that you are hydrated (which contributes to beautiful skin and a well functioning excretory system - if you know what I mean) is to divide your weight by two to get how many ounces of water you should drink a day. And if you exercise, you should drink another 8 ounces for every half hour of exercise.
Oh yeah, and from what I understand, the water in Diet Coke doesn't count!
So go ahead, start drinking!
